Austin Landscaping has been providing high quality landscape maintenance, design and installation services for over 30 years for the Houston area. After serving clients all these years we figured out that maintenance clients generally want one of these 4 service options, customized and priced for each landscape naturally.

Basic Lawn Care Plan

 We provide weekly lawn care service which includes your basic mow, edge and blow light debris.  We take all debris and take it to green waste sites.  No messing with those required city bags.  There are additional fees for fall/winter leaf clean up.  You are welcome at any time to add additional services like bed cleanings, trimmings, turf care and the cost will be based on the time and requirements of the service at the time it’s ordered. 

We bill monthly and you can pay via check by mail, check online, online with secure credit card, or Pay Pal. 

Here is what a basic mow plan sampling looks like:

  • 45$ base rate x 50 mow services per year

  • 4.50$ per bag x 30 bags for the year (will vary per home)

  • Applications as needed to keep weeds out of hardscape spaces like gravel and concrete areas

    Total monthly rate is $198.75 + tax

Comprehensive Maintenance Plan

This plan is customized based on the level of maintenance you prefer.  We configure your plan based on your preferences after your consultation with us and we amortize it for the year into one monthly cost.  This plan is for clients who want a more automated service and balanced billing so that they can have more consistent care that is easy to budget for.  This is great plan for people who also like to pay via automated bill pay.  This plan is a favorite for busy families and professionals who travel but may not want a more comprehensive plan.

Here is what a monthly maintenance plan sampling looks like:

  • 45$ base rate x 50 mow services per year

  • 4.50$ per bag x 30 bags for the year (will vary per home)

  • Applications as needed to keep weeds out of hardscape spaces like gravel and concrete areas

  • 100$ x 6 shrub & small tree trimming (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or annually depending on industry standard for species and client preferences)

  • 15$ x 50 bed weeding services

  •  Irrigation Maintenance Program (monthly assessments for programming and coverage and adjustments as needed to both. Also includes remote control when sprinkler programmers are capable)

Total monthly rate is $315.00 + tax

Total Care

As this plan implies, this plan is for clients who want a spectacular, well-manicured landscape with all services provided by the same company.  Through your consultation, together we will decide the types and frequency of services you prefer based on the level of manicure your design requires to continually look its best.  We will configure all the services for the year, with the exception of the soil, mulching and seasonal annuals you will want, and provide an annual proposed amount.  We will then amortize it to one monthly billing amount for ease of paying and budgeting.  This is a comprehensive plan and your team leader will be providing feedback, communication and a watchful eye on your landscaping and irrigation to make sure it is well cared for. 

Included in Total Care Package (pricing based on average landscaping of 8,000 sq. ft. property):

  • Monthly Maintenance Plan (as listed above).

  • Spring Turf Aeration package, including our signature blend all-nature soil enhancers, activators, and amendments

  • Spring Turf and Shrub Fertilizer

  • Pre-Emergent Treatments for grassy and broadleaf type weeds from Early Spring and Fall

  •  Fall Winterization Fertilizer

  •  Post-Emergent Broadleaf Weed Control Treatments Throughout the Year as Needed

  •  Nutsedge Control

  •  Preventative Grub & Insect Control, including for Cinch bug prevention and Sod Webworms

  • Applications as needed to keep weeds out of hardscape spaces like gravel and concrete areas

Total monthly rate is $435 + tax

Quarterly Care

Quarterly Care is becoming an Austin Landscaping favorite.  This plan does not include lawn care service but is for clients who want additional help with their yard whether they are mowing it themselves and don’t have time to handle anything else or another company does that does not offer professional maintenance services or have the knowledge base to properly care for Houston landscaping.  Caring for Houston landscaping requires specific knowledge of nutritional needs, trends, diseases, fungi as well as a lot of learn-as-you-go experience due to our often erratic weather changes. 

This plan usually includes, but is not limited or restricted to the following services and would be configured after our consultation with you:

  • Beds cleanings of weeds and debris; turned for aeration

  • Necessary nutrition and soil amendments provided

  • All required trimmings to shrubs, hedges and vines

  • Appropriate turf care service for the season and condition of your turf

  • Sprayings for disease, insect and fungi prevention

  • Evaluation of sprinkler system programming and coverage; adjustments as needed

Clients on this plan usually request to have some soil replenishing, mulching and seasonal annuals added twice a year in addition to their standard quarterly care plan, but it is not required to be on this plan.

We bill for this plan in next monthly billing cycle after services have been provided.  You have the option to send in a check, pay with check online, or pay with our secure online credit card service.
